SuperCruZe Technologies ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protect the privacy of users of our YouCare application, which includes the YouCare Parent App and YouCare Child App (collectively, the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, process, share, and protect your information, including data related to children, when you use the App. By using the App or digitally consenting to this Privacy Policy, you agree to the practices described below. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

a. Information You Provide
Parent Account Information: When you create an account on the Parent App, we collect personal information such as your name, email address, and phone number (if provided for account verification or notifications), Aadhar card number, date of birth, gender, relation with child, alternate phone number, and residential address.
Payment Information: If you accept terms and conditions then we collect billing information through a UPI payment processor. We do not store payment details directly.
b. Information Collected from the Child App and Child Account Info
Device Usage Data: The Child App collects data from the child’s device, including:
- App usage (e.g., apps opened, time spent)
- Screen time (e.g., total device usage duration)
- Location data (if enabled by the parent)
- Call logs or messaging activity (if enabled by the parent)
- Media (images, photos, videos, voice notes, etc.)
Device Information: Device model, operating system version, unique device identifiers, IMEI & MAC address, and IP address.
c. Automatically Collected Information
Analytics Data: We collect usage data (e.g., app interactions, feature usage) to improve the App’s performance.
Crash Reports: Technical data (e.g., error logs) to diagnose and fix issues.
d. Information from Other Sources
We may receive information from third-party services (for data storage or analytics) to enhance the App’s functionality.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide the App’s core functionality, such as monitoring and managing a child’s device usage through the Parent App.
- Ensure secure data transmission between the Child App and Parent App using our encrypted backend servers.
- Send notifications or updates (e.g., screen time alerts or subscription reminders).
- Improve the App’s features and performance through analytics.
- Comply with legal obligations, such as responding to governing body regulation/instructions.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell or rent your personal information or your child’s data. We may share information in the following cases:
- With Service Providers: We use trusted services for data storage and payment processing that comply with international data protection standards.
- Legal Compliance: We may disclose data if required by law or to protect our rights, users, or others.
- With Your Consent: We share data only with your explicit permission.
4. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including SHA-256 bit encryption protocols, to protect your data and your child’s data. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
5. Children’s Privacy
YouCare is designed to help parents monitor their children’s device usage. We comply with applicable children’s privacy laws, such as:
- India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act): We ensure data minimization and obtain verifiable parental consent for processing children’s data.
- Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) (if applicable): For U.S. users, we obtain verifiable parental consent before collecting personal information from children under 13.
- GDPR-related rules (if applicable): For EU users, we adhere to strict guidelines for processing children’s data.
Parents must digitally consent to this Privacy Policy during account setup to authorize data collection from the Child App.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data and your child’s data only for as long as necessary to provide the App’s services or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at support@supercruzetech.com.
7. Your Rights
Depending on your region, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request a copy of your data or your child’s data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your data, subject to legal requirements.
