All payments for our Services are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used periods, unused features, or dissatisfaction with the Services.
Supercruze Technologies will extend your term of usage in case of any halt in services due to fault on our side.
We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to change of mind, accidental purchases, or perceived lack of value.
2. Exceptions to No-Refund Policy
Notwithstanding the above, we will process refunds only to the extent required by applicable law. For example:
- If a refund is mandated under consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction (such as for defective digital services or unfair practices).
- In cases where we are legally obligated to provide a refund due to specific regulations.

3. Cancellations

- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Services until the end of that period.
- No prorated refunds will be provided for the remaining period upon cancellation.
- Upon cancellation, any unused portions of the Services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
4. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal (Auto-Pay)
- Our Services are offered on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, annual, or other periods as selected).
- Automatic renewal (auto-pay) is not enabled by default. Subscriptions will not automatically renew or charge your payment method without your explicit action.
- If you wish to enable automatic renewal for convenience, you may opt-in to auto-pay at any time through your account settings. This is entirely voluntary and under your control.
- You can disable auto-pay or cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle.
- We will send reminders (where applicable) before any renewal if auto-pay is enabled.
5. Violation of Terms and Conditions
In the event of any violation of the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, or misuse of services by the customer, the firm reserves the right to cancel or suspend the services without any refund. The firm may also take appropriate legal action as permitted under applicable laws.
